About

Meet Pam Sutton, creator of Healthy Vital You

Pam is a holistic lifestyle and health guide who specializes in self-care, clean eating, digestive health, neurological health, and better sleep. Her expertise in proactive health and wellness makes her a fount of knowledge and resources which she uses to help people of all ages attain total-body wellness.

Pam started her journey to total-body wellness after enduring numerous physical and emotional traumas. However, she recognized that traditional Western medicine wasn’t addressing her underlying health conditions. Therefore, she decided to research holistic wellness. After 27 years dedicated to researching and testing a multitude of alternative therapies and medicines, she has fully embraced a healthy, natural, and holistic lifestyle. Now, she is ready to share everything she has learned with you.

From clean eating made simple to essential oils, Pam offers a wide-variety of natural solutions that work. Her 30+ years as a group fitness instructor coupled with her health connections and wellness resources make her more than fit to facilitate natural and healthy living. While she isn’t a licensed physician or nutritionist, Pam has an intimate knowledge of holistic living, as well as access to highly-qualified medical professionals. If Pam can’t offer a specific service, then she makes it her mission to refer her clients to the perfect doctor, nutritionist or therapist.

By helping her clients create a healthy, holistic lifestyle, Pam encourages people to live a natural and inspired life that makes an impact. Pam achieves this by sharing her passions, such as:

  • Focusing on a healthy diet: After years of a primarily plant-based Paleo diet, Pam is well-acquainted with the benefits and medicinal properties of clean eating. Struggle to get all your fruits and veggies every day? Pam has brilliant ideas and recipes for healthy eating made simple.
  • The link between gut and neurological health: After watching her mother endure the throes of dementia and Alzheimer’s, Pam knew she needed to spread awareness about the importance of the gut-brain connection. Research has shown the gut and the brain are intrinsically linked. If the microbiome of the gut is poor, then it directly impacts mental and neurological health. Furthermore, Pam has encountered her own issues with leaky gut syndrome and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), so she thoroughly understands the inadequacies of the Standard American Diet.
  • Self-Care: While it may seem self-indulgent, Pam advocates for compassionate and persistent self-care. Pam’s mother chose a traditional role as a matriarch and caretaker, which meant that her mother’s health and desires came second to her family’s. After seeing the effects of neglecting self-care firsthand, Pam recognizes the importance of prioritizing individual care for optimal health and well-being.

As a holistic life guide, Pam helps her patients focus on healing the entire body–physically, intellectually, spiritually, and emotionally. Not only is she experienced in natural medicine and holistic living, but she also contains a myriad of information and resources. Her experiences, knowledge, and resources make her a perfect conductor of healthy, vital, and inspired living. If you’re ready to start living your life to the fullest, then let Pam Sutton help you create a tailor-made program focused on total-body wellness and optimal well-being.
